I loved my visit at Peaks Pediatric! Great customer service from the front desk lady to the doctor. They provided me with all the information and answered all my questions. Provided Quick scheduling .I took my daughter for a lip and tounge tie and the procedure was quick and easy. They took good care of her and gave me confidence to continue with the procedure. Highly recommend

We love this dental office! Dr. Aimee and the whole team make going to the dentist genuinely better for kids. They’re incredibly kind and patient, and always accommodating when we’ve needed to adjust appointment times or ease my child into treatment slowly. The hygienists are so sweet — they explain everything in a way that keeps kids calm and helps take the edge off. Even though dentist visits aren’t always my child’s favorite thing, this office makes it as painless and reassuring as possible. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a gentle, patient team for their kids.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cassinelli and her entire team at Peak. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. Dr. Cassinelli is truly exceptional. She is patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in a way that my child and I could understand. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to have a positive experience. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the visit smooth and stress-free. My child LOVES coming to the dentist now. Dr. Cassinelli is the absolute best!

Dr. Aimee is absolutely amazing! We had struggled to find a provider who could treat my newborn son within an appropriate timeline, so we were incredibly relieved when she was able to see us at very short notice. From the moment we arrived, she was kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward both me and my son. She performed a very thorough exam and quickly identified that my son has both a lip and tongue tie—something that had previously been missed by other providers we had seen. Her knowledge and attention to detail were truly impressive, and she took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt confident moving forward. She also gave us helpful resources and provided hands-on education so we felt prepared to care for my son after his frenectomy. Her office was also very upfront and transparent about pricing, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend her office to anyone!

I chose this practice for my sons' first pediatric dental visit. They came very highly recommended by friends and I loved the convenience. However, I found the experience to be very lacking. We had a morning appointment and were the only patients in the building. I went to the appointment by myself with my two young toddlers. The administration check-in team was not warm nor friendly. Nor where they helpful in helping me calm down both boys (who began crying as soon as we entered the building). Both hygienists were fine but did not introduce themselves (I had to ask their names to tell the boys?) and did not do much at all to calm the boys down or patiently explain what they were going to do. My children cried the ENTIRE VISIT, absolutely terrified. One child had to be in my lap during the exam while the other one was hanging onto me. The rest of the staff ignored us, all engrossed in their own tasks. It just seemed pretty underwhelming when we were the only family in the building. Dr. Cassinelli did come over and speak to me about a dental question I had for my oldest and tried to explain protocol/next steps while the boys are crying, completely afraid.
